Mandarin Immersion (Grades K-2, 3-5)*

Learn and practice Mandarin all day through fun, hands-on projects and activities. Students will work on vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking at different levels of Chinese proficiency. Choose from 3 weekly themes or take them all!

Little Science Lab

Call to all mad scientists! Sky Kids campers will spend the camp week tinkering and experimenting with materials and discovering different phenomenon in the process. Observing, sharing, and writing our findings all in Chinese!

Past projects have included making rock candy, creating magic balloons, writing with invisible ink, and creating electromagnets...Welcome to the Sky Kids Laboratory!

Planned Field Trips: Playgrounds/Parks, Botanical Gardens



Sky Kids Chefs in training will be making tasty treats from our [East meets West] menu, while they learn about ingredients, portions, and food preparation. We will learn how to make dumplings and sticky rice balls from scratch. Fruit shakes, sushi rolls, green onion pancakes, asian pizzas, and trail mix cookies are also on our to-do list too.

Handy Crafts

Time to roll-up your sleeves and take arts & crafts to the next level! Applying their creative minds, handy nature, and aesthetic sense, our young campers will learn how to tackle different DIY projects such as making wearable plastic art, lip balm, candles, and other items for personal and home use. By the end of the week, students will have their own unique set of accessories and knickknacks to share with family and friends!
