  • If you have questions about any of the programs after reviewing the description pages, please contact us here and let us know how we can help.

  • If you would like to book a session, please fill out the application form first. We will review the student(s) background, language proficiency, and program request to check available spots and suitability. Then, we will contact you to confirm with additional instructions to finalize your booking request.

    • Important Note: If you are new to us, then google may sometimes place our replies to your submission in the spam folder. So please check the day after you submitted the form to see if we have replied to your request.

    • For camp weeks that are marked “Waitlist,” we encourage you to still select if you are interested in those options as there may be changes prior to the start of camp.

  • For add-on support e.g. weekend travel/leisure activities, 1:1 tutoring, etc., please include your request in the application form and we will contact you to discuss further.

…Pay after Confirmation

  • Once we confirm your spot, you will receive an email with a payment link and deadline for payment. We may offer you a spot in another grade/group or program if the one you requested is full. Your spot is secured when payment has been received.

  • Fees are non-refundable should your plans change under normal circumstances. If you are able to find a substitute, we can make the registration changes with the school program accordingly. If we have someone on the wait list confirmed to take your spot, then we can transfer your booking and refund you accordingly. You may also request to change to another program at the same price or different price and pay / get back the difference. Changes can only be made once and within the same calendar year.

  • For medical emergencies and/or exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we will determine the best course of action if payment has already been made.

  • However, if we need to cancel a camp program, your camp booking fees will be fully refunded.

N.B. Any related travel and accommodations costs you incurred for your trip to Taiwan are NOT part of the camp booking fees and will NOT be refunded in the event of camp cancellation, either by you or us.

2024 Weekly Program Fee is $520 and includes:

  • Registration fee for camps only. For In-School programs, we will add a separate registration fee ($20) for each new student. If your child is a returning Sky Kids student regardless of location (SF or TPE), this additional fee is waived,

  • Class instruction, materials, and activities / field trips as specified for each program

  • Lunch (if your child has dietary restrictions, please bring own lunch but the cost is included regardless)

  • On-site staff support, plus pre-trip and Taiwan Q&A support related to travel, food, living, and/or local activities for parents and kids.

  • Includes 3% credit card processing fee

…does NOT include:

  • Daily drop-off and pick-up (parents are responsible)

  • Accommodations and other related costs

  • Air ticket, local transport, other travel-related costs

  • Travel insurance (which includes medical & liability coverage) is recommended for attendance of all programs. You may also opt to use existing insurance coverage or pay-out-of-pocket, Please let us know which option you will use.


Getting Ready for Camp

One month prior to the start of your booked program(s), we will send detailed info about the program location & logistics and ask for additional information:

  • We will provide key program contact, drop-off/pick-up meeting spots, what to wear and bring, etc.

  • We will request from you proof of travel insurance or equivalent, signed waiver form, other student info such as weight/height for tshirt size, Chinese name, etc.

  • We will also ask for your LINE ID. For group communications in Taiwan, we will use LINE to facilitate parent communications and picture sharing.

  • Masks are currently required for students to attend any program. Temperature may also be taken by the school/camp.
