[NEW] Small-Group, Montessori-Based Elementary School

Ages 7-12, Grades 1-6

Introduction

Flourish Montessori is new experimental elementary school located inside Tatung University. Utilizing the Montessori teaching method, the school encourages students to learn at their own pace through a variety of mixed-grade classes and activities, both indoor and outdoor. Besides teaching core subjects such as Mandarin, Math, Nature Sciences, the school also engages students through Music, Arts, and Sports. This private school is certified by the Taiwan Ministry of Education.

Location: No. 40, Sec. 3, Zhongshan N. Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City 104 (Inside Tatung University 大同大學，綜合大樓)

In-School Program

This is a fully immersive Mandarin learning opportunity in a live local school and classroom setting. Currently there are 6 local students (ranging from 2nd to 5th grade). Spaces for visiting students are limited to 4 students per week.

Our initial group of visiting students participated in December 2023 for 2 weeks. For Spring / Summer 2024, visiting students in Grades 1-6 will also have the chance to join this in-school program from March to June 2024. Please refer to the schedule for the specific weeks.

Week of Jun 10-14: Jun 10 is a holiday so school will be in session from Jun 11-14 but the full week fee will still apply.

Daily Schedule and Class Themes

Camp Cancellation / Change:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a class session if the number of students enrolled does not meet the minimum or there are unforeseen circumstances.

  • All bookings are non-refundable unless the class(es) is cancelled by Sky Kids and/or a force majeure situation arises that requires cancellation. If you request cancellation for any reason, we can apply the remaining credit (minus materials cost incurred and classes already taken) to another class/program (valid for one year).

  • If you miss a class, you may request to make-up the class in a later time-slot as long as there is space available. No refunds are allowed in this case.

  • Sky Kids and Flourish Montessori reserves the right to change program content / teacher as needed.
